Intermate Group GmbH (“Intermate”), one of the leading social media and influencer agencies in Europe, is expanding its expertise by acquiring the social performance agency advertace GmbH (“advertace”). The strategic partnership strengthens Intermate's leading market position in the DACH market and enables the targeted expansion of the paid advertising business. Advertace will strengthen the Intermate team with around 40 talents and will remain independent under the management of Managing Director Ann-Sophie Sell. The co-founder and previous sole shareholder Johannes Hirsch will hand over his operational management role and will remain associated with advertace and Intermate in a friendly and advisory capacity.

Through the acquisition, Intermate is addressing the growing demand for measurable and scalable results in social media and influencer marketing. The strategic partnership brings significant benefits to clients and sets new standards in the industry. The integration of expanded paid services enables Intermate to offer the entire social media marketing funnel and even more comprehensive services from a single source: from creative content and influencer partnerships to targeted advertising campaigns that ensure maximum reach and efficiency.
